"I am a landlord who is working with PathStone's Tracy Pagan. We had a rent amount for our 3 bedroom house with a two car garage of $1,450.00 from 8-1-20 to 8-1-21. The following year I asked for a $25 increase and was told I missed the deadline for increases. So this year I applied for the legal increase ahead of the deadline and sent it certified mail. I just received a notice that my rent for 8-1-22 to 8-1-23 will remain at $1,450.00. What a joke! Can't reach anyone at PathStone as the mailboxes are full! I no longer accept tenants with PathStone. Beware Landlords!"
