"As a former employee I can tell you with the upmost confidence that any business with them is a complete waste of your time. The staff doesn't communicate AT ALL, so nothing every gets done in an orderly fashion and I have seen some cases from MONTHS and MONTHS ago BARELY move. They simply don't care about the clients or even the employees. Keith Rose is a joke of a "boss" as he evidently has failed over and over again in retaining employees so that way clients don't have to suffer with their cases constantly being passed around. Everyone else that works there don't care about anything but the paycheck they receive and it's evident by the environment I was in that they don't care as long as it's not personally affecting them. If you want your case and YOURSELF prioritized, I am telling you to avoid this firm. If you are thinking of working here, don't. There is no room for growth, and the staff consists of people who have been comfortable in their position for years. Not only that but the way they conduct themselves and do things behind your back while smiling in your face is simply a testament to what this firm is. They promise all these things from a client and employer standpoint, but completely fail in every aspect. Save your money, time and breath. If I could rate 0 stars I would."

"do not EVER go through this law office! I truly cannot say enough terrible things about them. They have messed up our lemon law lawsuit not once, not twice, not three times but COUNTLESS times. I have done more work than they have calling their office, calling our car company, calling the third party, what a MESS. Over 4 months later I am STILL out money, and they are refusing to pay me the extra $500 fine BY LAW for their mistakes. PATHETIC. DO NOT EVER CHOOSE THIS FIRM!! Tell everyone you know to look elsewhere!!!! And I hope you are okay with a 3-4 week response time IF you get one...they should be shut down they are so bad."

"They have been the Law Firm that Jeep used in our Lemon Law case that we won. After they contacted us to settle our claim against Jeep, we have ended up dealing with 3 people from Rose/Waldorf and 5 more people from Stericycle, which is the company they pawned us off to get car paid off and money sent back to us. No one has any answers to questions or they contradict one another and has been a very frustrating experience. All we did was buy a car, yet we have experienced nothing but grief with Stericycle and no one from Rose/Waldorf seems to care, they don't respond to emails sent asking for assistance in dealing with Stericycle to complete this process. If you can avoid them, I would."
