"Horrible. Hidden fees, poor communication, most employees need to take a customer service class. Wish it had worked out - gave them multiple opportunities but continued to let me down. Very disappointed and sad over this."

"Would not transfer directly to rollover custodian. Then charged $30 to close account and another $30 for "trustee to trustee transfer" even though they mailed check to me."

"Sometimes I wonder if this is a real company or someone running services out of their garage. I've emailed them several times, and I received responses initially within 48 hours. Cool, it's to be expected. I've now been waiting on a response for a week. This morning I logged into my 401k account without issues. This afternoon, on my first attempt, it locked me out. I had no failed attempts between this morning and this afternoon. I called, and after waiting on hold for quite some time my call was answered. To verify my identity, they started asking questions about my relatives. When I told them I wasn't answering questions, they said if I didn't answer they wouldn't unlock my account. I'm not the only employee that has had issues with Go-Retire. It seems like such a big step down from our previous 2 401(k) providers."
