"This is a planetarium Dome so they do have planetarium shows, usually in the morning on weekdays for school groups and kids in general. It is an enjoyable relaxing place to take the kids or yourself! You will learn more here in one afternoon then you will then you do normally in a week. If you want to know about Aviation and Space, knowledgeable docents or tour guides will give you most anything you want to know about Aviation and or Space. If you have not been to this Dome Theater before, you don't know what you're missing! Of course since you were there you will want to go to the Cradle of Aviation Museum and Nunley's carousel and of course, the Children's Museum and the Fire Museum, you can always come back for another day... Make sure that you go and visit Nassau County's Museum row in East Garden City, New York..."
