"Wasn't the worse experience, the main problem I didn't like is for the amount of money I paid for the service I got. Which was probably the most I ever paid for taxes and wouldn't of minded if they seemed to actual care about helping me out, being self employed is already hard enough and having someone who would of liked to help me get the most out of my taxes would of been nice. I'm sure I didn't claim everything I could of from what others who are self employed are telling me and was hoping for a tax professional to tell me these things instead of just basically typing in the information I had put together, which I could of done myself. The attitude seemed like she just wanted me in and out of there. I work in customer service so I know it can suck but work is work."

"Esther helped me with my taxes and it was a really enjoyable experience! It was quick and easy and I felt really comfortable with the entire process. However, when the time came to receive my refund, I was notified that there was some confusion in entering my bank account information, forcing me to have my refund mailed by check rather than receiving a direct deposit, which has delayed my refund by nearly a month. Update: My bank was the culprit! They gave me a slip with a typo on my direct deposit info!"

"I went there last year,and didn't have a problem, I went back this year because I tried doing them myself online but had issues when it came to my school stuff, so I decided to have a professional do them. Let's just say I was better off doing them myself. I was missing out on a bunch of money, sure enough that was the case and had to call to get it fixed."
