"I had a business agreement with Jehan-Pierre DuPont in which I paid him $11,000. Jean has embezzled the money. He has not contacted me once with updates on services agreed upon. I have asked him many times to give me an itemized list of what he did with the funds paid to him, but all that he has told me is that a refund is not possible. Jehan has been very vague with the few responses he has given me and has yet to show the work he has done for the $11,000. He has come up with excuses about his fax machine being broken, his computer being broken, being on vacation and being sick. Jehan is not an attorney, but has pretended to be one. I have asked for the money to be returned since no services were delivered and no proof of work has been shown to me, but Jehan has refused to return my money to me. I sued him in court and won a judgement against him. He has not paid one cent of the money owed, but instead that he claims he only makes $600 per year and therefore must file for bankruptcy. In doing so, he is evading paying debt owed to me and many other collectors. Many other previous customers have judgements against him as well. He is a fraud and a thief. He continues to open new businesses to evade the judgements against his former businesses. Avoid Jean and this business!"
