"I had a terrible experience at this dog grooming shop. The service was absolutely horrible, and the staff had no manners when interacting with customers. In fact, they were very rude and even yelled at me. The lady who claimed to be the owner, sitting at the front as the receptionist, was especially unpleasant. I strongly recommend choosing a different place for your pet grooming needs; there are much better options out there."
"Do not use their service. They are very unprofessional, very rude and do not treat the dogs right. The receptionist has a nasty attitude and claims that a rabies vaccination expires every 6 months. (Which that’s a lie) I refuse to go to ppl who don’t speak English and turn customers away when you question why do I have to vaccinate my dog when the vaccination is good for 1 year. Just saying these people are scammers save ur money and go else where"
"I was skeptical about this place. I had seen some bad reviews. I talked to my neighbor who took his dog here, and he said it was great. I decided to find out for myself. When I tell you how pleased I was, it's an understatement. My dog looked so cute and little. She had so much hair, and now I could see her cute lil face, and she smelled so good. I was definitely pleased and will be bringing her back."
