"Matt Dunn won my judgment for over 200 grand for unpaid overtime all the while I was willing to settle for 20 percent!Now my exboss over 10 years later gets awarded bankruptcy after numerous times trying and then my judgment gets thrown out!Plus he and his wife own Gosuke restaurant in Manhattan next to times square!I was even willing to settle for a plane ticket to California to see my grandson who is 3 now,that I haven't seen yet!If I were illegal I would have received something!These people even got the nerve to post my case on their website, disgrace!This worst part is Matt first made paperwork to go after Saki Corporation the rightful owner who is a millionaire then changed it to Isami Nagai a chef instead so he tells me all the while (on the hook for 10 years)he has no money and can't go after his wife when in fact she was the one who hired me and paid me! I just recently been contacted by Nagai's lawyer telling me to stop posting this or he will sue!For telling the truth!!He also told me that I should of went after Tony Saki Corporation . Unbelievable , disgrace!How do people get away with taking food out of my kids mouths?!!And no due diligence!!My father rest his soul,fought 2 tours in Vietnam for our rights,freedom , and JUSTICE!!Disgrace,anywhere but here people!"
