"The Reflecting Pool is essentially the center piece of Saratoga Spa State Park. This is probably the most monied state park that I've visited (which is a way of saying that I've never in my life previously thought of a state park as synonymous with obvious, genuine wealth). However, there's many worthwhile options within the park that are free to all."
