"I was in a rush and needed to print out a blueprint file, I called up and spoke with Clauia and she was extremely helpful. She told me how to upload it early to make the process quick once I came in, I provided the code once I walked in and she had it ready for me very quickly. It was clear she really cared as the same day print service wasn't even available online at this point. It was busy there but they handled the load well. I highly recommend!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! This is a terrible store DO NOT go there for your printing needs. I was called and told my print order was ready and I also received an email saying my order was ready. I had already paid for my order and all that was left was to pick it up. When I got there at 9PM I was told the order is not ready and it’s on hold. I told the guy that i received a phone call saying it was ready for pickup, and when the guy went back to speak with his manager, he got treated horribly by the manager on call. What an awful human being! He yelled at his associate for letting me in the store at closing time. And then gestured and walk away from me saying we are closed. I will definitely be escalating this matter. He should not be managing and treating people and his employees this way. I felt horrible for that poor guy that worked there!!! This manager needs to be reported to his supervisors!"

"Guy tonight in printing department was totally unhelpful, unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Had been told on the phone I had to go into a store for a quote for a printing order, and was told at this store to go onto the website. Wasn’t even allowed to finish my sentence about what my order was, when I was told “I just can’t help you”. That translated to me “it’s 8.45 buddy, and I can’t be bothered”. Had a totally different experience in Staples in Farmingdale a couple of years back where the guy was so helpful. So put off by this, I will be giving our business to Minuteman moving forward. Their loss."
