"Just a little about my experience with Tom and Jan; first let me say I collect old tube radios. Recently I purchased a rare 80+-year-old Zenith console radio from a seller a long days drive away. In an effort to save money on shipping (about $200 saved) I agreed to make the much shorter drive to Stamford to pick up my latest radio at this Packaging Store. On the day I was to drive out to get my radio hurricane/tropical storm Isais was scheduled to impact this area. As a result, I postponed until the next day. The day after the storm Tom and Jan actually made time from coordinating home repairs to accommodate my schedule and arrive time! How awesome is that?!?! These folks were professional and down to earth to deal with... I can't say enough good things about them! Was reimbursed $100 after many telephone calls. They never returned my calls or numerous messages. Took 5 Months to get the insurance money from them. VERY DISSATISFIED."
