"I ordered a bag of sand for my pool filter online and then it was “damaged” in transit. I got an email saying the order is late due to high demands which was clearly a lie. I had to reach out to them to find out it was damaged or I would have still been waiting for the product. Then on top of that I was only refunded the item price and not for shipping. Why am I responsible for shipping when the product didn’t even reach my doorstep? Really bad business"

But just drive there to find out they probably don't have what you need cause they don't order Leslie corporate just sends what they want not what you need. "Convenient location for a water test. Staffed by high school / college kids who honestly have very little knowledge about pools and chemicals aside from reading the print out and trying to sell you overpriced chemicals. Some are friendlier / more helpful than others. I try buy all my chemicals online for much cheaper then Leslie's but occasionally purchase from here if necessary. Definitely use their rewards program if you regularly purchase."

"Started off good when they first opened the Freeport location then the employees act like you are bothering them if you ask questions. They gave me the wrong instructions which wound up costing me and extra $75 in chemicals and then didn't have the chemical I needed to correct their mistake. You try and call to see if they have it in stock and they don't pick up the phone at either location. They are the worst but they get away with it because they are the only game in town. Buying my stuff off amazon from now on."
