"This company has been there and has walked me through some incredible times. It was a few years ago when I had the ridiculous idea to build an indoor pool. I needed a company that was creative, shared my sense of aesthetics, and could really push the envelope for things that just weren't normally done. I have gotten to know the individuals that have worked here and they are all caring, hardworking individuals that really don't skimp on the quality. Through constant contact, an immeasurable amount of meetings and sample drop offs and design spec reviews, we were able to build/create a 50ft indoor pool from a hole in the ground. Perhaps it is just their amicable nature, but I also feel as that they have become friends as well. J&P and their staff and personnel were always willing to come up with solutions to unique problems and situations that came from this job, and subsequently went as far as holding my hand through the basics of new pool ownership. Of course, being wary of going outside for over a year, this was one of the best decisions that I've made for myself and my children. I can't recommend them enough."

"I have contacted J&P pools too many times to come fix our pool. We put a large sum of money toward a new liner. His company did something wrong and tried to brush it off instead of claiming responsibility for it. We waited months for them to come back so that they can fix the liner they damaged. My Mom was sick at the time and instead of stepping up to the plate they continued to make excuses instead of doing the right thing. They waited until it was too cold to fix and clean our pool. It is still closed and I am still waiting for them since last year! I have a swamp probably under that cover, full of mosquitoes. I have contacted several times with no luck but they continue to do business. Definitely do not use this company if you want reliability and responsibility. Now we are out of a couple thousands of dollars and we can’t even get him to come back Update September 10th - Still haven't heard from them. Pool is still closed, lined hasn't been fixed and water hasn't been cleaned by them."

"We decided in the middle of a global pandemic to install a pool. After calling dozens of companies and only hearing that we would have to wait until next year from most we decided to go with J&P pools and they did not disappoint. Peter (the owner) has been a pleasure to deal with. He's helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. His staff is so professional and their workmanship shows in every aspect. They were always on time and hard working. Despite a few hiccups with the building department (obviously due to the pandemic) Peter and his team managed to finish our pool in just 5-6 days and the result is beautiful. His prices are fair and in line with most other pool contractors on Long Island. His nephew, Vangeli is also extremely knowledgeable with all of the pool equipment and chemicals and really managed to teach us everything we need to know about maintaining our pool (it's a lot). We're so happy we decided to go with J&P and would recommend them to anybody (we already have recommended them). I will post a picture of our pool in the next few weeks once I finish my landscaping :)"

"We selected J and P pools after consulting with two other companies. J and P came highly recommended by two neighbors, and after meeting Peter we decided to go with them. The price was very competitive as well. They are punctual, and completed the excavation in 4 days. Peter was always available to go over the plans because we selected a custom size, and helped with all other decisions including liners covers etc. We are so happy with our pool.
