"My unit was easy to reserve and easy to claim! The manager was a pleasure to speak to and there were brand new disc locks waiting inside my unit for me. My unit was clean and the doors were easy to lift and lower. The property is spacious and easy to maneuver."
"Extra space just took over storage town which gave me the push I needed to move into a new storage place that is indoor and climate controlled. They new storage place I moved to pro-rated us so we didn't pay for the full month. Extra space storage seemed nice, they used my security deposit to pay my month rent and even though we left early November 17th, they stated they don't give back the unused portion of the rent that they took from my deposit. All I can say is I am glad I left. Sorry to be so candid"
