"Best pool supply store in the area. I’ve been helping my daughter and son in law get their pool ready for the summer. Having dealt with a large pool for 30 years, I thought is was finished with that chore when I sold my house. But they bought a house with a pool and decided to open on their own. Rookie mistake. Long story short, the staff at this Leslie’s Pool Supply were everything a customer could hope for. I want to particularly commend Jay for incredible knowledge and helpfulness in detailing the steps I needed to get the pool in shape for swimming. I would also like to thank Gerry for his insight in pinpointing additional steps to take to expedite the pool readiness. Everyone at this location was wonderful and never tried to push you to buy products just because the water analyzes were not in range. If you are in need of help with your pool or spa there can not be anybody better than this group of professionals."

"Got a heat pump last year. They made me buy a bunch of install supplies like valves with the heat pump. There was a deal for free installation with purchase, but they would not honor it. They said it was really only for a like for like replacement install and to call the main company line to verify. When the installer came he only used 1 of the 2 3-way valves they made me buy. I was not home so I wondered where the other one was and found it out on the curb with their garbage. Called the regional manager or whoever it was to complain about being scammed the free install as well as the extra parts which they threw away. He would not budge on refunding the extra valve until I threatened dispute with my credit card company. Ended up getting refunded the installation fee as well as the extra parts. What a hassle. Free water testing is good though."
