"My furbaby followed her groomer, Morgan, from previous locations, and that says a lot. The office staff is always very pleasant and Morgan is wonderful!"
"This was my dogs first time there: I dropped him off and was told I’d get a call when he was ready. Upon getting the call, I arrived within 10-15 min to pick him up. The problem is, he wasn’t ready. They brought him out about 20 min later. Why was I called so soon? This is a busy area with a vet attached; I do not want to wait in the way of many other dogs coming and going. Reading their policy, if I have to cancel last moment or am running behind, I’ll be charged a late fee. Of the 3 other groomers I went to in the past, this never happened. It’s a turn off when places don’t manage time well or charge easily if YOU have something come up. I also didn’t like the way the groomer did my dogs tail. It was too severe in how she cut it and shaped it."
