"I WILL NOT. And I repeat will not go back to this groomer. I called to make an appointment for both of my puppies to be groomed. I was able to get Adakiss an appointment but Ellie had to be up to date on all of her shot. Which wasn’t a big deal I explained to her Ellie’s shots would be completed when we got back from vacation. I took Adakiss in to be groomed and was told at the end of the appointment she only accepted cash. I offered to run to the atm and leave Adakiss so she knew I would come back and she said oh no it’s ok just pay me double when you bring Ellie in after her shots. I also explained in store that I was redoing Ellie’s shots to make sure her and Adakiss had the same shots. And it would be more than 4 weeks. The owner is now threatening to turn our account to collections and basically calling me a liar. It is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to take back on the word you gave to a customer. I have no problem paying. But it’s the fact Ellie’s last shots will be done on Friday and we just got back from vacation on Sunday. I posted exactly this review on Facebook and then received a voicemail from the business owner Erica Potts swearing and saying she was going to call the cops on me. And received a text from Erica saying she was going to sue me. She claims I did property damage which was not the case. Her husband proceeded to defend her which I get that he wanted to defend his wife. She has posted 2 posts on her business page slandering me for giving a bad review. She then made a post on her personal account slandering myself and my photography business. Alone with posting my picture to the post. My brother in law had said after seeing how they handle this he would not take his dogs there and again her husband, David Potts, and his friends private messaged my brother in law nasty messages. Her story changed every hour since I posted my review."
