"I've been using them for years and my experience is so different from some of the reviews. A call at any time, any day, will get a response and a visit. I've not had any problem and the pool is always clean and clear. Problems or repairs were always resolved to my satisfaction. Billing was always done in a way that could never cause double billing because the bill was left when the service was done. I don't understand these few negative reviews."

"I called to make my yearly appointment for a pool closing. After doing business with this establishment for more than 10 years, pool closings, salt, and other chemicals, the owner, insisted that he is not taking on any “new” customers. I explained how I am not a new customer but he wouldn’t hear of it. I’m glad they are so independent and busy that they cannot service their existing loyal customers. I also spoke to a woman in the office who protested that I am not an existing customer. I wonder what Will and Butuell, their employees, who know me would say? I will never do businesss with these losers ever again."
