"I needed my pool liner changed. After reading the reviews, I took the chance on contacting Andres at Familia Pools. At first he was responsive, and would return calls/texts. We scheduled an appointment, he did not show up, call or text. I let it go because it was a rainy week. I then reach out to him, and we set up a new day for him and his workers to come by. The arrived, measured my pool, checked out the liner I had purchased myself and Andres tells me they will come by tomorrow. Around 10am he sends me a text saying his guys will be over. The guys show up, my husband let them in. About an hour later, they pack up and leave and don't say a word to my husband. I text Andres asking if everything was ok, no response. I call him around 5ish he returns my call at 6:30pm and says the reason the guys left was because the screws that hold the cover around my pool were rusty. So he told them to leave and go to another clients home. I asked what are the next steps, he says I'm headed to the office i will call the guys and see what's going on. I said to him please call me and let me know. I don't like to harass ppl but the communication here is off. Why would your guys leave without telling my husband. Well guess what after that I never heard from Andres again. I let a day go by with no contact. I texted and called two days after that and no response. I finally sent him a text saying he clearly does not want to do business with us and so I will move forward and hire someone else, STILL NO RESPONSE. I know he read it because it says READ. Three days later and my liner has been changed by someone else."

"Someone from the company came over to check our pool. After checking it for 2-3mins, he left with no words. I had to call him to figure out what's going on? and why he left？Turns out he said "we won't be happy with their service because repairing our pool will be very complicated." (Sorry that it's a challenging job for a company that does poor repair, maintenance, cleaning!). I asked for an rough estimate for repair, and was only told that they charge $350 for cleaning out filters and their will be additional charges. I asked for an rough estimate again cause he just said there will be additional charges, I was told that I will receive a text that tells me how much everything would cost. It's just shady that he checked our pool for 2 mins, and can not give me an rough estimate of the total, but can text me a well thought out total? I triggered this staff by inquiring for an estimate total (I asked for 4 times, cause I couldn’t get an answer from him) that he yelled at me and hung up the phone. SPEECHLESS!"
