"Very nice and professional owners however I am unhappy with the outcome: my dog came home quite damp ( more than just a “spot on her back”) with fur flying everywhere. When I made the appointment I specifically told them that she was blowing her coat and no mention was made that after grooming it would continue to blow as a natural process: I had expected the bulk of her undercoat to be removed and large patches of fur were coming off even in the car ride home. I understand they worked on her to the best of their ability, perhaps a warning of the after affect would have been helpful beforehand. They did offer to give her another bath free of charge."

Any groom big or small I 100% trust Karen to do what's best for my dog and I always leave happy. Thank you Karen and Deb! Always does and excellent job and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. Karen and Debra are very caring animal lovers and I know my dog is in good hands when I drop her off."
