"In all my years in the workforce this is the most unprofessional workplace I have ever seen. If I could give this company 0 stars then I would. The Westbury, NY warehouse is full of mice as well as mold and the general manager Dwight Newton has created a hostile work environment for everybody there. He is a Bigot who I have seen personally create not only an uncomfortable environment for Women but also Disabled employees as well. In 2023 this type of behavior by lead management should not be tolerated and I encourage anyone reading this to purchase your wine products elsewhere. This does not seem to be an isolated circumstance as 80% of the 500 reviews on Trustpilot are 1 Star so that tells you right there to avoid this company like the plague and take your business elsewhere."

"My partner and I placed orders on the same evening. We were both new customers and she was excited by some of the wines she found and the prices. After getting our initial confirmation email, we never heard back -- up the delivery day. We had to call 3 separate times, and each time they customer service person was friendly, but unable to access my account -- she said it had been sent to the fraud department and someone would call me back within 48 hours. No one ever called. We did this 2 more times, this time asking for the order to be cancelled. The agent said she was unable to do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they were unable to locate one. Again she said someone would call in 48 hours. No one called. Then I got an email stating that the order had been cancelled due to "fraud risk" and they would not accept any further orders. No explanation. I am fine with not ordering from them, but it wasted hours of my day for these 3 separate phone calls. You would do better to purchase wine from a more reputable seller, with better customer service. We will go back to ordering from Astor Wines in NYC."

"placed an order for a well-known scotch whiskey over a month ago. At the time of the order, the website stated a shipment date in a few days. When a couple of days passed without an update, I contacted wine.com but received no response. Over a week and a half later, I was able to get connected and was assured that the order would ship within a week. Nothing happened. Since then I received two further auto-generated emails, stating that the order will ship shortly. Today, well over a month later, I receive a final email informing me that the order can’t be fulfilled. Very poor customer service."
