"Waited 45 mins for a jerk chicken sandwich and it did not have no jerk seasoning at all just some jalepenos and top of that the burger was not that hot it was luke warm. I get a sandwich from Texas and it be hot when i reach home to eat it.The lady seen my fustration and give me 2 free piece of fry chicken but wat bothered me was the wait and that she kept on wiping a board by the kitchen which gave me a feeling of unsanitary, dont get me wrong, the fry rice and fry chicken is awsome but that 45 min wait for a jerk sandwich with no jerk seasoning made it my last. There is always a wait here and i feel like i can get faster service for same quality food"
"Food is good and tasty, but wait time is long for order. I had to order 30 mins. They have so many big online order and that cause delay in store order. Hard to find parking and it's so crowded around here with cars. Need more people in the kitchen."

"When you see a menu listing their food items from wall to wall, you know they in they bag with it. Got the zesty and hot Nashville burger with the beef ribs. The burgers weren’t anything special. But the beef ribs were saucy, a bit chewy and smoked well. The fries were salted well, great crisp and potato content ratio. The best on the menu. Really enjoyed this place."
