"I come here pretty frequently as I always have as someone who lives in Arverne by the sea. I’ve been coming here since it opened. It’s convenient and I like wine. So imagine my surprise when I realized the cashier was following my boyfriend and I through the store. I realized it because I was actually looking for the cashier to ask him a question but when I turned around didn’t see him behind his desk. I saw him creeping around behind us. Also this cashier knew absolutely nothing about wine. I’ve never been to a wine shop where they didn’t know anything about wine before. I asked him for a Chardonnay under 20$ and was told “I don’t know much about Chardonnay.” If you’re going to sell wine, but are actually only interested in following the loyal patrons of your establishment to make sure they aren’t stealing….maybe just be a security guard."

"I drove 45 minutes to have to wait for them to open... They open at 11am its 1150am and no one is here.. There are people waiting for them to open in the cold.. UNACCEPTABLE....."

"I ordered a bottle of wine at 6:20 pm for delivery. After an hour and a half, I called to find out where it was. The clerk disconnected my call. When I called back, he stumbled around and said, it should be here in a half an hour. It takes over 2 hours to get a bottle of wine delivered 6 blocks from the store??? I won't buy from them again."

"Not as friendly as a repeat customer. This charge of $3 for a bag. Please. They just come of as nit picky, with local providers and I'm not impressed with the taste of local. I order from the liquor warehouse in Woodmere and will continue to do so. Wider selection."

"Every time I come here after my shift I get treated like family. Amazing selection of sake, hard lemonades and small batch liquor. 10/10 would recommend anyone who enjoys good vibes and good music."
