"I had 2 options for shipping at checkout. UPS 3 day or UPS overnight. I selected UPS 3 day ground shipping. I was expecting 3-4 days to package the product, and 3 days to ship it. It's 2 weeks later and I have no idea where the shipment is. They don't use UPS as stated at checkout. If I would have known this. I would have never placed my order. Customer Service has been great, but their website is deceptive about the shipping options. Instead of shipping through UPS, they use a "Logistics Provider". Good prices and good customer service, just inaccurate information about the shipping methods. The event I ordered this for has come and past. I guess we'll have it on hand for next year."

"I placed an order through Grubhub for this location. I ordered 3 bottles. Within 15 minutes I received a call that they didn't have those bottles but the larger ones. I agreed to change the order to 2 large ones. I even agreed to the change and additional cost. Then the employee tried to charge me an additional fee for delivery. Even though it was through a third party and I was already paying $5.99 for delivery plus the driver tip plus the grubhub service fee. I felt like this employee was trying to steal from me and when I contacted grubhub they mentioned that the restaurant/liquor store cannot change this fee at all. I canceled my order and I wanted to warn people of their tricks, don't let this store fool you. They called me with a million changes and additional costs that made no sense."

"I visited Divino Wines and Spirits for the first time 2 weeks ago. I was looking for a nice bottle of wine as a friend birthday's gift, the guy at the store was able to recommend a good bottle that my friend really enjoyed. From that moment I knew I had to go back and get some more. I am amazed by how clean and neat they keep the store at all times. They have many options on wines and liquors from all around the world, Divino has become my to go place whenever I need a good bottle of wine, scotch and even tequila. Great variety, well organized and excellent customer service! And that's not everything... they deliver too!! You can't beat all of that in one. Will always come back for more."
