"I really like this neighborhood wine-store. I am usually by in the early afternoon and the staff is attentive, courteous and the store is spotless, well organized and fully stocked, with some hidden gems on the top shelves. And the delivery bikes are in constant use so they must have a following. My only criticism is, once in awhile, if I'm in later in the day, the staff SOMETIMES may be buried in their phones. They are younger while the older morning staff seem to have more service-industry experience under their belt."

Gave them a second chance (only because they are conveniently located)...same man, this time tried to charge me twice, said my credit card didn't go through. I checked my acct. right in front of him and it had gone through. Cheating customers (for a few bucks) is really bad business!"
