"A great selection of wine (including some choices that I have only seen in Europe before), a very charming spot and an unobtrusive service. The young woman who worked there was so sweet and helpful. Great choice in the area!"
"A really nice store in a great location. Great atmosphere and excellent selection. The gentleman who helped us choose a wine was knowledgeable and courteous. He even allowed us to sample a wine. The reason I feel inclined to leave this rating is because this business, as listed here on its Google profile, describes “Measures taken here: Mask required, Staff wear masks” Unfortunately, this was not the case, although when I asked the staff member assisting us if he minded putting on a mask, he did so, but it felt somewhat reluctant. I think it’s important to mention because it can potentially put other customers in an awkward spot to have to ask. Other than that, I truly did have a great experience here and was glad I stopped by."
"Alphabet Wine Co went above and beyond in their service after hearing that an item they sent me wasn’t delivered. The delivery issue was not their fault. It was the fault of the carrier, yet Alphabet Wine Co addressed the issue with the carrier and made sure I received what I ordered in a timely manner and at no additional cost to me. They were not obligated to do this, but they did it without hesitation. I’m very grateful. Thank you!"
