I think the person there was actually the owner who seemed very knowledgeable when I asked for a white wine recommendation. Later I found out that he’s actually a Wine Sommelier! Prices are reasonable as opposed to other stores in the area considering it’s actually in Subway station .I would definitely come back!’"

"I found the store on Uber and it has very competitive prices, and since then I have been its loyal customer. Every so often they will send me an extra bottle of wine with my order as a token of appreciation and I really appreciated that. Great customer service and few times I have spoken to the owner, who is very proactive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend !!!"

"Stay away from this store!!!!! I should’ve read other reviews about this store sending wrong wine to other customers. I ordered wine through Ubereats twice before and they sent wrong wine (cheaper) both times. I contacted Ubereats and they canceled the orders after I shared the photos of the wrong wine I received. Today, May 12th, I ordered for pickup to make sure that I get what I ordered. I went to the store when I got a confirmation that it was ready for pick up. The guy who called himself an owner saw me and I told my name. He said he blocked me because I purposely cancelled multiple orders before and I wouldn’t get my order. And he started to call me a scammer. Obviously, he lied as he had no right to block me. He was so upset that his trying to scam me the last two times didn’t succeed. He kept cursing and told me to leave the store. I said my order wasn’t canceled and I didn’t get a refund. He then canceled the order. He didn’t stop cursing and calling me a scammer when he’s been scamming me and potentially other customers. I ended up calling the police. While waiting for them outside, he kept coming out to curse at me which I videotaped. Two police officers arrived and I explained what had happened. The owner lied to the police that I canceled the previous orders. The police couldn’t do much from their end as there was no physical violence involved but they advised me to report the business to BBB and file a complaint through the city which I will do. I’m also filling it to Ubereats. I have all evidence that he sent wrong wine (I suspect that it was done intentionally) and he didn’t cancel until I arrived. The owner is such an uneducated person and only words that came of his dirty mouth was curse. He was so upset that he got caught when he did something wrong (scamming customers by sending cheaper and wrong wine) Stay away from this wine store unless you want to have a horrible experience and to be ripped off."
