"After shopping, I stopped at the gas station to fill up my truck. I’ve been to the gas station a few times, but I never paid too much attention regarding the pricing. Everyone obviously knows that the gas prices there are cheaper than the surrounding gas stations. However, BJs also offers special pricing for their credit card members. Marvin was my gas attendant. He was excellent explaining how the pricing system works. He was very polite, patient and respectful. Shout out to Marvin for doing a great job!"

"Has Dunkin donuts inside. There is parking, so plan your trip accordingly. Be aware and careful of which membership card to get and of using the card. Also they are checking each item in the cart... So it’s good that they are checking the cart properly. When are done shopping, please take the cart back to the designated area."

"My experience buying alcohol in Beijing was quite disappointing. I purchased a 1.5-liter bottle of Bacardi, and upon opening it at home, I quickly realized it was a counterfeit product. The absence of a pour spout was the first giveaway, and the smell was far from the genuine Bacardi aroma. Instead, it resembled a strong, almost burning alcohol scent, akin to ethyl alcohol. Frustrated by this subpar purchase, I decided to address the issue with the store's customer service and their supervisor. I politely requested that they examine their alcohol products for quality and authenticity. To my surprise, their response left much to be desired. They insisted that they were merely sellers and bore no responsibility for the product's quality. They even suggested I reach out to Bacardi, the company that produces the beverage, if I had concerns. Thinking that the first incident might have been an unfortunate oversight, I gave the store another chance and purchased a bottle of Skyy vodka. Yet, my disappointment was compounded when I encountered the same issues - a peculiar smell and, once again, the absence of a pour spout. This experience left me disheartened as a consumer, and I felt compelled to share my story to warn others about the potential risks associated with purchasing alcohol from this establishment. It's disheartening when sellers evade responsibility for the quality of their products, leaving customers feeling betrayed and frustrated."

"20 items limit at express pay doesn’t make sense. We purchase 20 items and leave remaining items in the store. Do you think we will go in line to purchase remaining items? NO! Saving time should be the main purpose of that express pay but seems like you want people to purchase only 20 items and go somewhere else for other stuff! You either need to make your staff work faster at check out or increase the limit for express pay…"
