"Message from email reply on refund I still haven’t received! While I appreciate the follow-up I’m deeply concerned with the amount of time it takes to get a refund! I see why I was referred to another r pool company instead of you guys! You have 2 locations near me and while I’ve appreciated at the the time (not knowing any better, with being a new home and pool owner), I’m willing to now travel 30 minutes away from my home because you have made my first experience owning a pool absolutely miserable from a consumer perspective, and wish I would have listened to the guidance I was given in the beginning. "The store itself was clean, organized, and had really nice and friendly staff. However, I really wish Leslie's would hire more knowledgeable people. I had a simple question about an Intex pool I bought online, and the friendly woman at the counter acted like she's never even seen a swimming pool in her life, so she directed me to the young man working in the store. He also looked at me like I was crazy, when I simply asked if the filter I bought would work on the pool I bought. I had pictures of both products and everything. The man was very unhelpful. I ended up posting my question in a forum on Facebook and got so much help and feedback. I probably will not ever go back to that location."

"Stopped in to get a cartridge filter for my Hot Tub. They didn't have too much in stock but they had the one I needed. When the Associate rang me up, I had to pass. $59.00. I informed her that at that price it would be worth a trip to Majestic. I was right, Majestic had the exact same thing in the same package for $26.00."
