"Hired mark to settle a domestic dispute which included getting my gun back from the police dept. after charges were dropped and mark was paid he began treating me like a nuisance. Was extremely short on phone calls and admittedly had little knowledge to get the gun back after the case was closed. I found out myself that mark would need to file a motion on my behalf to regain possession of the gun, after passing along this information To his voicemail I have yet to hear back from mark or his office staff. My rating is based on his poor customer service, lack of commitment or communication and lack of knowledge regarding what the court office made seem like common knowledge."
