"I ordered two bottles of bubbly as a gift for a wedding anniversary. It was delivered in an unmarked plastic bag. The people I gifted the bottles to had no idea who sent it. They had no idea what store it came from. They posted a notice on Facebook asking if anyone knew who sent the gift. Not a good experience. However, they did deliver the bottles that I ordered. Thus the two stars."

"They charged my card for a delivery order august 31, 2023 to be delivered September 1 between 10am and 11am. They didn’t come I called at 2pm they said the manager will call to verify my order. I get an email at 10pm saying my order is accepted it’s on the way. I never get a call or text from the store after that. The whole night no delivery. I check my order it’s marked as fulfilled. I call the next day he says I have to show them my transaction on my card in order for them to try a deliver it. I shouldn’t have to do that at this point because my order was marked as delivered an no one followed up with my, but I did. They never call I follow up hours later a they then tell me they can’t deliver my order. I then ask can you process a refund a send the receipt to my email. It’s been 3 days since I’ve last gotten to speak to anyone. They horrible through web orders if you need to buy something it’s better off shipped regular or bought in store. Don’t order same day delivery. Through them"
