"Terrible turn around time, lack of customer service. They did the inspection of the pool and within a year the liner ripped, when the liner started having problems they gave a run around on the phone for weeks and it resulted in a rip, they lost the tool for the poop covered with cost 3-4k and missed two appointments to remove the cover. I will not be using this company or would recommend them to anyone. Find somebody who is knowledgeable with pools."

"We bought a house with a pool. The old owner told us to go to Carls. They were so right! The outside looks a bit small but inside the store is beautiful! They are so well organized and well stocked. The best part is the service though. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything in a way I could understand and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Truly a great experience. We will be back in the spring for the opening kit and plan to use this shop for years to come."
