"Every part of our experience has been outstanding. However, our salesman, Ken has gone above and beyond. Being first-time hot tub owners, we lacked any general knowledge and confidence required to balance spa water. Ken answers his cell phone outside of his work hours and has patiently walked us through our issues and questions during our initial set up. "My Husband and I decided to get a hot tub, we went to a local store and after being ignored for about 10 mins we were approached and we told the gentleman we were interested in purchasing he then handed us some pamphlets and told us we could find more info online, we left and drove to Islander Pools and Spa, walked in and were immediately greeted and within a minute or two were approached and asked what they could help us with, Ken walked around with us, answers our questions and within an hour we walked our owners of a hot tub, 10 days later it was delivered and set up, they were all wonderful!
