"I referred this This law firm to my fiance because she had a injury case that she won it's been 3.5 years they sent us a letter staying that we would get a check for 45,000 grand in 60 days . Its been 150 days later still no check. We call every other day even leave voicemail to the lawyer handling the case; he never calls us back, even when he's in the office he still doesn't return our calls . The law firm already got paid why can't we get our money there is no reason for the lack of communication It is very unprofessional that the lawyer does not return our phone calls I would not recommend this law firm to anybody. I would give a review of 0 if I could it's almost like they're purposely dodging our calls like we're bill collectors or something, so unprofessional. I guess the owner has no comment.. updated December 1st 2023. Siben took months to reach out. They told us that one of the lawyers working on the case sent out the money release signature pages by accident. Told us by September we should receive our money. It's now December and now again im playing phone tag games again. I would hate for anyone else to go thru the same difficulty and negligence that this law firm has showed us. Now going on 4 years what a joke. If i could give this lawyer a negative - 1 score i would."

"Very unprofessional. They never call you to give you any updates. I always had to chase them down for info and everytime I got someone on the phone they never knew what was going on they would always say they will call me back and never did. I’m waiting for my check to get cut currently and just got off the phone with Mark Rutner who is a very unprofessional person. I was explaining to him my concerns about my experience with the office and he hung up on me. Just the type of representation I was looking to hire. NOT! I’m not getting into too much detail about my situation and experience however I will say def don’t use this office because they are not looking out for your best interest. If I wasn’t in too deep with this dragged out case with this office I definitely would have fired this attorneys office and hired a new one!! It’s 3 years since my accident and I’m STILL waiting for this office to settle my “simple” case. They have completely dropped the ball."

"If I could give zero stars I would. They're quick to take your case but good luck hearing anything from them after that. My friend who suggested me to this law firm still hasn't received her settlement, and she finished treatment a year ago. She hasn't even heard from them in months. I went to them with a open and shut car accident case, they never even went out of their way to contact the insurance of the guy who hit me even though my insurance company informed them that American transit only responds once a lawsuit is filed. You call and ask to speak to someone on your case and never get a call back. And when you do it's one of the part ers to angrily tell you you have to be patient and nothing will happen on their end till your treatment is over. Which from experience with my new lawyer I know to be complete bs. They just want money, not to actually help people."
