My Family Member has paid over $30K to have his case resolved and yet has nothing in writing to advise him of the status of his case. Not one piece of correspondence nothing updating him as to how the case is going. My Family Member has to fill out all of his forms himself. Mr Chandler's assistant Ms. Edwards gave my dad a piece of paper not on letter head but hand written on a legal pad paper. The Correspondence was not on letterhead. He has not received any correspondence telling him about the status of the case. Mr. Chandler only request more payment.
