I could tell they were well cared for, and there were daily updates after their visit to let me know how the cats were and any updates. Their online platform makes booking, paying, everything such a breeze. When my cat's food ran out, they offered to go to the store and buy more to make sure they were all set the next day. I also had a ton of packages delivering during this time, and they were kind enough to bring them all into my apartment to make sure they were safe."
