"It takes at least 30 minutes to get someone on the phone, you can never get a hold of your paralegal let alone La salle. Let’s not even get into how nasty they are. They charged me for my work authorization renewal even though I filled the first one with them already and USCIS doesn’t even charge for a renewal. When I asked for a copy of my previous application so I could submit the renewal myself, they took TWO weeks to give them to me. I had two applications that were expiring soon and they don’t even let you know anything, you have to wait 30 mins on the phone to speak to someone so you can be charged for free renewals. My permanent residency application is 40 months on standby because of these people."
