"Worst attorneys ever! I was a buyer closing on a property in NJ. Hired them. Biggest mistake ! They will do the bare minimum required to get you thru the deal. If there are any issue with the closing, they tend to side with the attorney on the other end. Because if they side with you, they will need to do work (which they dont want to). Both Alan and Philip, are very bullish in nature. They claim they have been doing this for 35yrs, hence they 'know it all', and will ignore your issue/concerns. They ended up messing up my case, and then they wanted me to pay them litigation fees. I ended up taking the case to small claims court without their support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING THEM !!"
