"My father passed away in 2022 and my sister was referred to Mahoney by family who had used him for my grandmothers estate. Her and I being next of kin, were told by Mahoney that only my sister could apply to be administrator of estate and that i could not, because of felony convictions. Almost a year later when I was having even more issues with this subpar lawyer, I did my own research and learned that infact i can apply as a felon in NY. The law was changed a year prior to sitting at the table with maFhony. When presented with this he refused to even acknowledge what i wad telling him, let alone concede to providing me with erroneous information. Dont take my word for it, look it up on google. If he tries to downplay this with a response on google reviews then my response is gonna be scathing. Stay tuned and stay away from this clown"
