"Geanine Towers did a phenomenal job with my contested divorce. Her prices are reasonable and she managed the case effectively to obtain the outcome I wanted. She made herself available to answer questions and to explain things I did not understand. The entire process and amazing. I truly would recommend her and her team to anyone seeking assistance with their divorce. Thank you Geanine for helping me close this chapter. -Sandra A."
"Speaking with Ms. Towers and Mr. Sheaffer was a delight. They were courteous and professional. Gave me great advise and were very genuine. I look forward to being represented by them in my case."
"I've dealt with and used several attorney's over the years for various reason. Never have I come across a more unethical, unprofessional attorney in my life. From my first meeting with Ms. Towers she constantly spoke over me while I tried to explain my case to her. While in a meeting she paused to take a call from another client and while in front of me was extremely rude to them. At any rate I went with her against my better judgement and gave her a chance to represent me. I had an agreement with Ms. Towers to pay my retainer in parts. I waited about 2 days for a check to clear to pay Ms. Towers an installment. During this time she harassed me, calling me on weekends asking for updates. I explained to her I was at a funeral burying a childhood friend. She apologized only to STILL immediately follow up with the question "is it possible to make payment later today" on my day of grieving. I did make the payment 2 days later as agreed. When making another payment installment to her, I attempted to make it via ZELLE. Unfortunately Zelle doesn't allow for payments in excess of 1K per day. Ms. Towers immediately sent me text messages yelling at me with exclamation points for not having the full amount due. I offered to pay the rest via debit that very same day. I later called Ms. Towers to end our agreement of representing me. During which time Geanine again constantly over spoke me and when I was finished speaking, sarcastically asked if I was done. To give full context the ONLY work Ms. Towers had done for me was submit an adjournment petition and I met with her in her office for an hour. When I asked for an invoice, Ms. Towers upcharged me for EVERYTHING. Ms. Towers charged me for text messages that she initiated on morning weekends for a simple yes or No response. I was charged a $40 invoice fee to provide and invoice for services rendered. Ms. Towers charged me for attempted emails sent to the judge then charged me again for a re sent emails when she didn't receive a response. Geanine charged me for an email thread then a seperate charge for DOWNLOADING a PDF in that very same email thread. Ms Towers charged me for any and all text message responses of which she initiated many times coming 8am on Sunday and Saturday mornings. I will certainly be reporting Geanine Towers to the bar association. For the record Ms. Towers NEVER litigated in my behalf one day in court. Somehow my invoice after notifying her termination of council, my billing came to just about $2000 dollars. I told Ms. Towers her lack of professionalism was deplorable. Ms Towers then accused me of having a problem with women then alluded to me potentially hurting women behind closed doors, all of because I critiqued her business acumen and professionalism. My problem with Ms. Towers was based solely on a business relationship that didn't work. I never imagined I'd be personally attacked. It is bc of this I'd say in my opinion Ms. Towers may possibly be an unhinged capricious individual. As a single father raising a little girl, I pray that NO ONE has to deal with Geanine Towers as their council."
"Geanine truly cared about my case, and my cause. That's important because most attorneys DO NOT realize how every case is different, and that the smallest details can mean the difference between a win or loss in court. After having had two prior attorneys throughout my Divorce matter, Geanine was the only one that truly listened (not pretended to.) She demonstrated compassion, and didn't pile on any B.S. She allowed me to be a partner in the process ...as opposed to shutting me out like most lawyers do. In the end, I came out of my matrimonial matter with a very satisfactory outcome. I highly recommend!"
"Geanine Towers was the second hired attorney to represent me (after I let the first one go). From the beginning Ms. Towers was professional, helpful and personable. During our first meeting she took the time to listen, answer my questions and offer her opinion on how to proceed with the uncontested divorce. After listening I decided to retain her services. From the first meeting till the end she and her staff was there to answer all the questions that came alone. In summary I was very satisfied on how I was treated as a client and how my case was handled. I would recommend Ms. Towers to everyone I know in need of her services."
