"The guy can't count. I go to Middleport and get double the $. Next time I'm going to precount them then ask to speak to the owner."
"Been going here for a very long time, today however was the WORST experience ever. 8/12/23 approximately 10am. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude yelling at me to dump my bags quicker but the counter was overflowing. This man has no peoples skills and shouldn’t be working here. For a small town word gets around. I will NEVER come here again. Very sad to see a business in Akron treat the people so rudely!!!"
"The gentleman working there is very nice and friendly. Super easy you just dump your bag out on the counter they count it for you and give you your money back!! It's looking vary nice and clean inside with only one employee on shift at any time they are doing all they can to keep up with customers and there needs They've definitely had their problems in the past but it's understandable with the way people are in their work right now when a company is short staff it affects everybody and that includes us so we need to be patient and understand that things will be fixed as they can be.."
"The women at the counter was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at me every time I would bring in another bag of bottles. Didn't say a single word to me the whole time, like she was mad she had to work and that I had alot of bottles. At the end i asked how much am I getting? And she didn't even answer me just rudely handed me the money. Very unpleasant experience. I felt like a burden just bringing my bottles there."
"I've been to this place before and have had a good experience but today I tried to go, loaded all my cans up, only to see a handwritten sign saying they're closed until further notice. Highly inconvenient. I had a much better experience at can-can redemption center in Alden."
