"They lost the case because they filed paperwork incorrectly. They never told me they lost I had to Google it to find out 7 months later. Eventhough it was reinstated 2 years later we had to take any offer they gave out of fear the judge would throw the whole case out due to their error. Beware, David promised a certain settlement amount and in the end STILL owes me 14k and never gave it to me. he denied it later but I have an audio recording of him saying it. Find a firm that at least keeps their word to clients. Not everyone's experience will be the same but mine was awful."
