"Went there today 2/8/24, and was greeted by a rude lady working there. This is not the first time I encountered her rudeness!! I went down the road and was treated with respect. I have heard many complaints about this lady from the community. It's a shame your business is losing customers because the rudeness of staff."
"I can't say how good my experience at J-Cos was. I ended up at J-Cos because the other redemption place in Medina cheated me (60 bottles worth). They did it right in front of me, 5 bottles/cans at a time. It was 270 and they said 210. But at J-Cos, they were honest, paid for the actual number of cans and bottles, and just had obvious care for their customers. So I am guilty of forgetting to leave a tip, but I will double down next time. I am thankful for their service and hope they continue to be successful. Thanks so much. I collect the money for someone else, and felt like the other place was cheating a disabled person as well as me. Honest businesses llke J-Cos are a pleasure."
