We walked in today and the woman behind the counter said, “How can I help you?” We said, “We need 34 windows, 5 doors, and siding.” She said, “Well, I’m only open for like 3 minutes so how can I help you?” I pulled out my phone and checked the time and saw that it’s well before the advertised closing time on Saturday as we received an Insert last week stating such and checked this morning, so I asked what are their hours. The response I got was 8-4 during the week and “whenever my driver gets back on Saturdays, which could be by 10 a.m.” So, we walked out. We’ll take our business elsewhere. I’m sure someone else will be glad to have the business and knows how to treat customers, especially when they go out of their way to advertise to the public and not just contractors."
