"BECAREFUL WHEN USING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS!! I BOUGHT 1 BOTTLE OF WINE, USED ONE CARD FOR WHATEVER REASON THERE CARD READER STATED MY CARD DECLINED WHICH I THOUGHT WAS STRANGE JUST GOT PAID TODAY. SO I USED MY OTHET BANK CARD WHICH IT SAID APPROVED. GET HOME CHECK BOTH CARDS, AND BOTH CARDS WERE CHARGED $15.11 CALLED AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD HE IS WITH A CUSTOMER, GAVE ME NAME NUMBER AND THE REASON FOR MY CALL. WAS ADVISED BY THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME DON'T WORRY THE MANAGER WILL CALL YOU BACK. INSTEAD SHE CALLS ME BACK 10 MINS LATER AND INFORMS ME TO CALL MY BANK THAT THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS. I SAID DID YOU EVEN COUNT YOUR DRAWER OR CREDIT CARDS TO SEE IF YOU WERE OVER. SHE SAID NOPE YOU DEAL WITH YOUR BANK FOR THAT. I SAID THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME IF I JUST WAS IN THERE LESS THAN AN HOUR AGO. NEEDLESS TO SAY I TOLD HER I HAVE MY RECEIPT AND I'M PRETTY SURE YOU HAVE CAMERAS BUT IF THAT $15.11 MEANS THAT MUCH TO YOU, YOU GO AHEAD AND HAVE IT AND I'LL NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!"
