"I paid Neave $10,000 to do landscaping in my yard after multiple large trees fell (they did not remove the trees). The result was less than satisfying (to say the least)--you could virtually not tell they really did anything, and the design was extremely poor. Several of the plants they planted died and they did replace some of them, but in general, I can only say that I feel that this was an enormous waste of money. The people are very friendly and usually helpful, but I do not feel that I received the quality of service in terms of the landscaping that I had expected, given the amount of money I paid. Update: following the incident described above, Neave has not fully rectified the situation according to what they said they would do. I am still waiting for replacement of some of the plants that died, as the two attempts to replace have also died. I had them do some additional work after the first job, which was also well below expectations, and I waiting for replacement of plants that died from this second job. Overall I have not had a good experience and feel I wasted a great deal of money."

"Neave Group did a wonderful job on our pool patio, replacing decades-old brick pavers that were crumbling and uneven with high quality stamped concrete. The new patio is beautiful and we're already enjoying our new outdoor space. I was particularly happy that they were able to solve a difficult problem with the way my existing liner receiver was attached that other contractors had hand-waved away without a good plan to address. They even completed the project months before it was originally estimated to begin!"
