"We just purchase land and went through Mr. Palumbo. First I was charge 100.00 for consult over the phone and the conversation only last 20 minutes not the hour I was told I was paying for. Survey was done with four corners flagged ok fine, but at closing we ask for one of the lines to be flagged from one to the other. Mr. Palumbo wrote it down on the back of one our paper and said when he sends them the check he will let them know to do this, and it should not cost us any more.
