"Do not use New Look for your kitchen refacing, save yourself time, money and frustration by going with Kitchen Magic. I booked New Look (Ratan is the owner) on May 7th with a completion date of July 30th on my contract. So Ratan preferred cash as payment which I said no problem but a bit hesitant. They didn't start the job until August 15th!! Supposedly some parts didn't get here on time from Canada. (Kitchen Magic fabricates their own material in the US). So Ratan's installers get to the job every day around 10ish because they don't want to sit in traffic, this would be great if the job was a house but my kitchen is in a co-op building and construction work has to stop at 5pm, they were told this. 2 of the draw bottoms broke within a week and I had to get my GC to fix. My GC said that they used the thinnest wood paneling for the bottoms and that they all will keep breaking...so I had him replace them. (Ratan was made aware of this as well as 2 doors that came with imperfections and I am still waiting 3 weeks for someone to come out and replace them). Also, the moldings that we picked and paid for Supposedly never came in and Ratan had his installer (the one that worked, the other guy was always outside on his phone) try and fabricate them on the spot and match the color. Absolutely a horrible job with that. The top molding that came with the cabinets (that we never ordered they sent the wrong style) sticks out off the wall into the hallway by 3 inches! My advice to all who read this is to go with Kitchen Magic or if you can afford to spend a little more money get new cabinets. New Look is like a used car salesman that will tell you everything you want to hear just to get the deal. STAY AWAY...."
