So guessing their warranty and services after the sale must stink if they are ghosting me before the sale."

"We will never use this company for anything ever again. We had a great experience the first day we spoke to the on 6/6/2022 Allen was our salesman he was great we paid the deposit got the check for the pool the next day. Everything was going smooth got the building permit let them know we had it and from them was and absolute nightmare. I was beyond disrespected by Allen and Kristy the “building coordinator “ was lied to I confronted both of them about this and told me they were just very busy. I then have my husband call completely different story l. Finally we get the answer a gentleman names chase was just not installing pools in our area. Tarson knew about this the entire time and completely lied about it. Finally we get the truth out another man Richie is supposed to call us he calls a we hear from Him once never hear from anyone again. We we’re told no later then the first week of July we would have our pool here we are august and nothing. This was. Our daughters birthday present and the company has completely let us down. Will never have anyone or do anything to do with them again. This has a been a complete joke."

"Moved into a new home which already had a hot tub. We were having problems with it after about 1 month, and since we never owned one prior, we were lost! Jeff was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem...which wasn't cheap, but things happen when your unit is over 10 years old. It took some time for parts to arrive from the vendor, but we finally are up and running! Thank you to Adam and Jeff for helping us!!!!"
