"They were used for a basic real estate transaction and in my opinion they we're very slow. They did not respond in a timely manner. If I was not persistent I felt I would have never heard from them. My transactions were weeks overdue and they would not even explain why. I thought they were slow to turn over funds using regular mail for large checks and would not admit to not having a tracking number. In my opinion go elsewhere. Had I had a choice I would never had used them."
